I read totally deaf people do not have Hypercussis so if a doctor could give people suffering something to make them totally deaf would that cure it, and if they then had treatment to grow new nerves in ear would they grow back healthy and not closed and not have Hypercussis so they were cured, and would it help tinnitus if completely deaf or make it worse
